He has delivered more than 800,000 m² of projects with a total Gross Development Value exceeding €1 billion. Known for his strategic leadership and organizational excellence, Panos is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Panos is the founder and CEO of the company. From its very beginning, he built the company’s portfolio with high-value projects and continues to pursue a long-term vision of developing large-scale real estate projects.

Fotis brings over 20 years of project management experience spanning Residential, Hospitality, Olympic Sports Facilities, Mixed-Use Developments, and major Infrastructure and Underground projects. At P.Development, he directs and manages the Project Management Teams across all developments, ensuring the financial, technical, and QHSES success of each project. Fotis holds a BSc in Mining & Underground Works Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and an MSc in Engineering Project Management from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST, UK). He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kostas brings nearly 40 years of expertise in civil engineering and construction, combining deep technical knowledge with hands-on leadership. A graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, School of Civil Engineering, he has successfully delivered multiple construction projects, from residential developments and luxury villas to 5-star hotels, hospitals, office complexes, cinemas, and many other projects.

Over the course of his career, Kostas has overseen every stage of construction with precision, ensuring smooth coordination between design and execution, meticulous quality control, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. His extensive on-site experience allows him to anticipate challenges, make confident decisions, and deliver projects efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Elisavet is an experienced Architect Engineer involved in all stages of design and construction for major developments. Her portfolio includes luxury hotel renovations, large public buildings, corporate offices, and high-end residential projects. At P.Development, her key contributions include coordinating and overseeing architectural design throughout all project phases — from concept to completion — ensuring alignment with client vision, design integrity, and regulatory standards. She holds a Diploma in Architectural Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

Efi brings an excess of 17 years of hands-on experience in private practice and corporate legal environments. Her areas of expertise include inter alia Commercial, Corporate, Civil, and Regulatory Law, with significant focus on Contract Management, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, and Environmental Law. A member of the Athens Bar Association since 2008, Efi holds a Law degree from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed additional legal studies in France (Université François Rabelais de Tours), Chile (Universidad de Concepción), and Greece (Academy of European Public Law – EPLO & Athens University of Economics and Business – KEDIVIM). She is also a certified Data Protection Officer and fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Ilias has successfully managed and executed complex, large-scale projects throughout Greece. His expertise spans technical planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and on-site leadership. Known for his decisiveness, discipline, and commitment to quality, Ilias leads P.Development’s execution team in certain high-level projects.

Evgenios has more than 7 years of experience overseeing and executing electromechanical works in demanding construction environments. His expertise covers consultant coordination, contractor supervision, schedule control, and quality and safety compliance. At P.Development, he plays a key role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of MEP installations, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and teamwork. He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Peloponnese and an MBA in Energy and Environmental Investments from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of West Attica.

John holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). At P.Development, he is involved in construction and project management, with main roles in contractor coordination, schedule monitoring, and ensuring quality and safety standards on-site. Passionate about construction and professional growth, John contributes to the company’s ongoing commitment to efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Stefania has professional experience in architectural and urban design, with expertise in urban planning, office and residential developments, high-rise hospitality projects, and landscape architecture. She actively contributes to the design and execution of all P.Development’s projects, working closely with the Project Management and Design Teams. Committed to delivering projects of the highest technical and aesthetic standards, she ensures functionality, design integrity, and alignment with broader development strategies throughout all phases. Stefania holds a BSc in Architecture from the University of Thessaly (U.TH.) and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.

Grigoris is a Civil Engineering student who works with the project management team at P. Development Services on on-site coordination, progress tracking, and communication among contractors and consultants. He helps ensure that project activities are executed efficiently and according to schedule, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale building projects. His attention to detail and proactive approach make him a valuable member of the team in day-to-day project operations.

Petros brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction, combining deep technical expertise across a wide range of building projects in both the public and private sectors. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered numerous construction projects, including residential developments, luxury villas, 5-star hotels, office complexes, and many other projects.
